Sometimes there is no way to know what kind of experience you are going to get when shopping online. Are they going to deliver on time, is it safe, so it's always useful to find out what other people think. We've probably shopped at hundreds of online stores, but here we pick out some of our favourites across a range of categories. Only stores that give a top class shopping experience are listed here. We rate each one on delivery options and timeframe, whether goods are well packed, and whether they offer good help facilities and contact information if you do happen to have a problem.

1. O2 Broadband

O2 Broadband - Now when picking a broadband provider, it isn't always easy to know what you are going to get and whether they are any good. When we recently changed broadband provided O2 came highly recommended, so we gave it a whirl, and the service from start to finish in the ordering process is fantastic, and the broadband itself is fast and great value for money. If you have your mobile phone with O2 you will get a special rate - which makes it one of the cheapest broadband providers around.

Offers 10 email address, 100 FREE texts to mobiles a month, which can be sent from you O2 online account, and speeds of up to 20meg. Prices start from only �7.50 per month for O2 customers. You will be kept informed via text or email along the whole process, when you modem has been dispatched, when your activation date will be and so on.

2. SuperDrug

SuperDrug - Superdrug specialise in beauty products, brand name fragrances and boast a large selection of stylish seasonal gifts. You can take advantage of the same amazing offers you get in store, on a wide range of products, and do it all from home! Offer a fantastic range of products with some great price crash offers weekly.

3. The Body Shop

The Body Shop - This is a store that really needs no introduction. I'm sure everyone has passed one of their shops on the high street at some point, they now have over 2,100 stores in 55 countries. Was founded in 1977 by the late Dame Anita Roddick, with a range of over 1,200 products, all animal cruelty free, and many with fairly traded natural ingredients. Product ranges include bath and body, make up, fragrance, home fragrance and skin care.
