Privacy Statement: When you subscribe to our Mailing List that is all you are doing. We will not give out your email address to anyone else, it is solely used for the purpose of sending you our Newsletter. We use a double opt in feature for our mailing list which means you will have to confirm your subscription, which is to help protect you from SPAM (unsolicited and annoying emails you really don't want).

AOL and Hotmail users, please ensure that you add us to your safe list/s, or use an alternative email address, as sometimes our emails do not get through.

- Prize draws are open to UK Residents only.
- Drawings will take place periodically and/or as notified to you in our Newsletter.
- A winner will be drawn at random from all confirmed & current subscribers on the Mailing List on the drawing end date.
- Prize draw winners must agree to your name being listed on site and in the Newsletter.
- Only 1 entry per person or email address is allowed, multiple addresses from the same person, or other suspected cheating activity will be deleted.
- Winners will be notified within 7 days of the end of the drawing and have 7 days to respond, otherwise we will re-draw a new winner.
- Sometimes we hold periodic prize draws, with no specific cut off date, details of which will be notified to you via the Newsletter together with details of how to win!
- Prizes will be in the form of that as notified on site.
- Amazon Gift Vouchers/Certificates will be sent via email. We will require confirmation of your email address before the same is sent.
- Cash prizes we award via PayPal will require you to notify us of your PayPal Payment ID so we can send payment to you. You will receive your prize extremely quickly via this method, and of course no waiting for the post!
- Prizes via snail mail will be sent via Royal Mail, and will require a signature to confirm receipt. We understand that some people are not always home when the Postman arrives so if you would like your prize sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, please confirm this in writing via email to us. We take no responsibility for items that may not arrive via this method.
- The Webmaster's decision of ShopaholicsParadise.com is final and no correspondence will be entered into other than that of the winner.
- The winner will be announced after confirmation of their prize and then listed on site.
